Q: What kind of gasoline does infiniti G35 4 doors 2007 use?
Im actually stock about what kind of gasoline should I fill my car with and is it okay to fill it with the unleaded one.
THANKS.
A: Yes, Unleaded, not leaded/E85 or diesel gas, should be 89 octane or higher, but not 87.
Q: What do you guys think of the new 2007 Infiniti G35 coupe? Hot or what?
A: definately a hot car. lol.
Q: Should I get a 2007 Infiniti G35 or the 2007 335 BMW coupe? Please be specific why I should get the car?
A: 335, if budget is not an issue.
I have driven both. There is no comparison. Both are nice cars, and both show some of their heritage.
The 335 is gorgeous. In my opinion, mechanical thoughts aside, the 335 is the head turner of the two.
The BMW drives like you might expect, but feels tighter, more nimble and enveloping. The G35 isn't sloppy. I felt like I had more control, and more power in the 335.
I would expect the 335 to hold it's value better. The 3 series is traditionally one of Consumer Reports' highest rated cars.
Both are quiet. I think BMW does a better job of capturing the luxury buying experience. Infiniti still seems like Nissan, nice but not "like buttah."
The Infiniti gives you a lot for the money, it's just not a BMW.
Q: A 2007 Infiniti G35 Journey, a LexusIS250, or LexusIS350? Which one should I buy or lease?
I'm leaning towards the Infiniti, but test-drove the Lexus IS 250 last night, and it was rather impressive. Haven't test-driven the Lexus IS350 yet-plan to today. Any ideas about best insurance company to use since I was shocked to learn that just replacing one of my cars with the Infiniti IS250 on my State Farm Insurance policy, it will cost $550. extra every 6 months with leasing the car for 3 years since I have a an existing policy with them. Is there any way to do better than that with Geico, AIG, AllState, Progressive, or Mercury car insurance if I lease the car? Any help will be very much appreciated!
A: If you're accustomed to carrying only the minimum amount of insurance on your cars, leasing may actually increase your premiums because lease companies require that you have a higher level of coverage. See the web site below for more details:
Q: What would be a good price on a used 2007 Infiniti G35?
I am planning on purchasing a 2007 used Infiniti G35 and I am wondering what the best, or rather, lowest possible price I can get one for. Some models I've been looking at have a range of $28K~$29K (before taxes) with low mileage (under 10~15,000) and some premium options (sunroof, sports package, I guess everything except for navigation). Considering the new G37 model has been out for a while, and the US is going through a slump in car sales, I was wondering what price I can talk the dealership down to. I am also putting down a down payment of $6K. If you are in this industry, Id love some feedback. Thanks in advance.
A: Unless you are willing to buy a vehicle with a salvage title (usually no financing is available) you will pay $27K-$29K depending on the options, mileage, color, the area of the country you live in, etc. You can probably save $10K-$12K on a rebuild with a salvage title.
If you can find a private party sale, you can probably save $1500 over the $27K-$29K but they are hard to find on one year old vehicles.
All your rationalizations of why you think they should cost less have already been considered if they have any validity.
Q: When will the 2007 Infiniti G35 coupe go on sale & how much will it cost?
I guess I should be more specific, when will the infiniti coupe concept go on sale as the next G35?
A: just the normal "no change from the 06" g35? or the concept vehicle "infiniti coupe concept" that wont be in production but is pretty much just a g35 shell with ideas on it and no powerplant?
Q: 2007 Infiniti g35 Sedan Maintenance Required Light?
The maintenance required light is on and I got the maitenance done somewhere other than the Infiniti dealership. How do i get the maintenance required light to turn off?
A: If you are talking about the red lit area in between the speedo and tach that is showing the maintanence light on, you can press the buttons on the right side of the driver console area to go thru the menus. There will be an option to reset warnings. You can also change the maintanence intervals so the warnings do not show up anymore.

Q: Twin turbo on 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe?
How much does a twin turbo on a 2007 G35 cost (including labor)? Also how much horsepower does it add to the car?
This is the one I'm talking about: http://www.airpowersystems.com/350z/g35/g35.htm
A: Running on stock internals you can add approx 100hp (make you serious quick) by way of forced induction (either supercharger or turbocharger-they both provide the same power increase when installed at equivalent boost).
this is considered a mild boost installation (to go more requires "stroker kit" - forged heads, rods, rod bearings, performance rings, crank and usually race heads or at least performance head studs).
this company offers a selection of turbo options.
http://www.importpartspro.com/tusuandinki.html
quite frankly you should also consider supercharger, as for low lower boost installations a supercharger is generally better than turbocharging because:
-its lighter (no pipes/plumbing)
-runs cooler
-easier to maintain
-delivers power earlier and usually in a more linear band
-usually cheaper and far easier to install
http://www.importpartspro.com/vosukitni35g.html
stillen also produces twin screw superchargers (twin screws tend to have very steady power delivery) and will likely have the 07 production model available shortly
http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?id=STISUPR02&c=PE&m=all
whether you go forced induction via s'charger or a turbo you will need to enhance your intake and install performance exhausts-catbacks....
and have re tune of engine management system done (usually pro tune is best)
cheers
Q: 2007 Infiniti G35 6MT drifts at highway speeds?
I own a new 2007 Infiniti G35 6MT. I have found that it drifts slightly (does not continue in a same line). The direction does not appear to be consistent. It sometimes drifts to the left and sometimes to the right. I went to the dealer and he mentioned that this is because the car has a better "road feel". I have previously been driving the Maxima and a Mustang, and did not have such an issue with either. The dealer also mentioned that if it was an alignment issue or a suspension issue, then the car would be consistent in the direction it would drift. He just asked me to wait on it and see if I get used to driving the car. I am not convinced. Any suggestions?
There is no active steer without the technology package. I donot have the technology package. I dont think the factory equipped car has air Ride suspension.
A: At first, I would say the problem has to be in the alignment. But its a 2007! So I highly doubt (unless you took it off-roading) that the alignment may be the problem. Remember, most roads and especially highways are graded to allow rain to drain off the surface. I notice that all the time, sometimes my car will pitch to the right and sometimes to the left.
I would suggest trying (as a test) to find a flat parking lot and put the steering wheel dead center and let the car roll forward. Let the car roll a good distance to get a gauge.
I would also suggest hitting up some Enthusiast Groups to see if they have the same problem. NICO (www.nicoclub.com) has a good Infiniti following.
Q: Does anyone have a picture of the dash/interior of a 2007 Infiniti G35 Sedan w/o Premium package?
I have looked on all search engines, and I've come up with nothing.
A: The dashes looks Identical with and without premium package.
The premium gives you Memory power seats, power tilt steering, sunroof and Bluetooth phone system. Even the Inteligent Key is now standard. A Nav package also looks the same with the exceptions of a few buttons.
Q: What's better, the 2007 BMW 328xi coupe or the 2007 Infiniti G35 Sedan?
I am looking into buying a new car and like both of these. They are both great cars with their benefits. If you could get either, which one would you want and why?
The G35 I am considering is also AWD... the G35x
A: As much as I like the G35 and the 350Z, the BMW is the better car, and the xi offers AWD, so this isnt a fair comparison...the BMW will be better year round if you live in a snowy area...i had a bimmer, and i like they quite a bit. however, if speed is what you want, the G35 is quicker.
Q: which car should I buy? Lexus Is350 or 2007 infiniti g35?
I'm thinking about buying a car after my old car got stolen. well, I consider my options and Is350 or g35 are my choices. so which car is better in performance?
A: You can't do better than these cars. IS is really pretty good for performance, though. Better than Acura TL-S, and G35. I don't know how much you'll notice though.
Q: Which Car to choose? Between C300 2008 Mercedes Benz and Infiniti G35 2007?
Hypothetically between these two cars which would you choose?
Mercedes

A: The Mercedes will have more luxury features and comfort but significantly less horsepower than the Infiniti G35. Styling is very similar, so that would depend on personal taste. Infiniti has much better reliability, although lower resale value. Maintenance costs will be higher for Mercedes, as well as insurance costs.
Q: Trying to decide between manual or automatic for 2007 Infiniti G35!?
Trying to decide between manual or automatic for 2007 Infiniti G35! Does the transmission affect resale value? Help! Thanks!
A: driving the Auto on a R33 Skyline second auto had on these cars. Most folks will dish the auto box.But have driven other auto's and didnt enjoy the experience. But the Nissan Seems to be different. If possible take them both out for a run.
Myself for me with all the power my car has would be fed up changing gear up and down all the time.
The resale depends on the car trying looking at the older models and how there compare.
